As part of a staff replacement, we have a vacancy for a machine and plant operator (m/f/d). In this function you are mainly responsible for the following work tasks that arise in this department:

  • Responsibility for the condition of the machinery, carrying out cleaning and maintenance
  • Set up workstations according to specifications
  • Equipment setup and documentation
  • Assembly operations
  • Independent problem analysis and troubleshooting
  • Contact person for shift supervisors

You can meet the following requirements:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f), mechatronics engineer (m/f), toolmaker (m/f) or cutting machine operator (m/f) is required
  • Experience as a setter (m/f) in production is an advantage
  • Knowledge in the use of ERP systems would be desirable
  • Reliability and high-quality awareness
  • Careful and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and dedication
  • Willingness to work 2 shifts and overtime
  • Speaking German fluently

  • Equipping and setting up the machines with the appropriate workpieces
  • Setting up the machine on the basis of the operation description and specified drawing
  • Operation of CNC machines
  • Priority processing of the order backlog
  • Planning of production processes
  • Work according to maintenance and fabrication documents
  • Reading technical drawings
  • Correct and complete documentation of the work sequences
  • Quality control

You can meet the following requirements:

  • A completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f) or comparable
  • Experience as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) in production is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Heidenhain TNC 426 and Sinumerik 840D control and Spinner U 1530 Shop Mil interface would be an advantage

As part of a staff replacement, we have a vacancy for a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d). In this function you are mainly responsible for the following work tasks that arise in this department:

  • Support of applicant management in the administration of applicant documents, communication with applicants and internal coordination processes
  • Support of the absenteeism management
  • Carrying out monthly payroll accounting for employees in compliance with tax and social security regulations
  • Recording and maintaining personnel files and documents
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies, offices and authorities
  • Preparation of certificates
  • Supervision and maintenance of time recording
  • The organisation of the Future Day and trade fairs, other staff events
  • Processing of business trip applications, travel expense reports and preparation of A1 certificates
  • Communication and coordination with the management, commercial management/personnel management
  • Processing/maintenance/advice of Hansefit & the GVH
  • General tasks in day-to-day operations

You can meet the following requirements:

  • Completed commercial training with at least 3 years of professional experience in personnel processing as well as in the area of wage and salary accounting
  • Good knowledge of wage tax and social security law
    Very good knowledge of the practical application of the DATEV Lodas software
  • Confident handling of the DATEV personnel management system would be desirable
  • Ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility
  • High level of social competence
  • Service-oriented way of working
  • Confident and engaging appearance
  • Good MS Office skills
